Bandhavgarh National Park is one of the many national parks in india. it is located in umaria district of indian state Madhya Pradesh Madhya Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh (MP) is a state in central India. Its capital is Bhopal, and the largest city is Indore. Nicknamed the "heart of India" due to its geographical location in India, Madhya Pradesh is the second largest state in the country by area. With over 75 million inhabitants, it is the sixth largest state in India by population. it is spread across an area of 446 sq kms and it's very famous for its ,scenic beauty. the core area of this park is approximately 105 sq kms, the rest of the area is buffer area. it is very widely popular for having a magnificent density of bengal tigers which is an endangered species.

The density of bengal tigers at Bandhavgarh National Park is one of highest in india. the flora and fauna of Bandhavgarh National Park is undoubtedly magnificent. apart from the major attraction that is white bengal tigers[1] this park also inhabits animals like common langurs, gray mongoose, nilgai, spotted deer[2], sambhar, sloth bear, jackals, bengal fox, small indian civet, bandicoot rat, jungle cat, leopard[3], rhesus macque and many others. the avifauna or the birdlife of this national park is also very rich and varied. these include brown fish owl[4], giant leafbird, large billed crow, plum headed parakeet, rock pigeon, common kestrel, Little Brown Dove

Little Brown Dove, The laughing dove (Spilopelia senegalensis) is a small pigeon that is a resident breeder in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East east to the Indian Subcontinent. This small long-tailed dove is found in dry scrub and semi-desert habitats where pairs can often be seen feeding on the ground. A rufous and black chequered necklace gives it a distinctive pattern and is also easily distinguished from other doves by its call. Other names include palm dove and Senegal dove while in India the name of the little brown dove is often used.
